This is a very nice quality pair of 1940s era gloves made in blue kid leather with embroidery on the top side.  The colour is a muted medium blue tone.  The gloves are marked “Made in Germany U.S. Zone” - U.S. Zone was used between 1945 and 1950.  The right hand glove is also stamped “6 1/4 Real Kid Extra Selected Quality”.   They look to have seen little, if any, use - in very nice condition (please ignore the highlights caused by the photo lighting).

Size: As mentioned, stamped size 6 1/4, but please rely on the following measurements.  They have a length of 12 1/2” to the middle finger.  They measure 3” across the palm - although there is some stretch, please be aware of this measurement, perhaps measure another pair of gloves that you may own.  The middle finger measures 3” in length.  

This is a wonderful pair of vintage gloves, very nice quality - lovely embroidery and colour!
